Returns & Exchanges
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date end-user/purchaser received the Product (referred to in this section as the “Product”) or on which a third party that the end-user/purchaser have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered. In order for end-user/purchaser to exercise their right of cancellation, the end-user/purchaser must inform us of their decision by means of a clear statement. The end-user/purchaser must inform us of their decision by e-mail support@navinightvision.com
Thalassic Corporation will reimburse the end-user/purchaser no later than 30 days from the day on which Thalassic Corporation receives the returned Product. Thalassic Corporation will use the same means of payment as the end-user/purchaser used for the order, and the end-user/purchaser will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for returns:
In order for the Product to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Product was purchased in the last 30 days
The Product is in the original packaging and has not been installed/modified
You have a receipt of purchase
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Product made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Product which has been altered.
The supply of Product which has been abused.
The supply of Product which is, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Product that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Product
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Product to us. You should contact us via email at support@navinightvision.com to request a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #) and include this information with the returned item.
We cannot be held responsible for Product damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Product or proof of received return delivery.

LIMITED WARRANTY
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Thalassic Corporation warrants to the original end-user/purchaser of the product (referred to in this section as the “Product”) that for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase of the Product (“Warranty Period”) such Product will be free from material defects in material and workmanship.
Limitations. (1) The limited warranty does not apply to consumable parts, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (2) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches (including to lenses), dents and broken plastic on ports; (3) to damage caused by use with another product; (4) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, tampering, grit, impact, fire, lack of proper care or maintenance, earthquake, or other external cause; (5) to damage caused by operating the Product outside Thalassic Corporation’s published guidelines; (6) to damage caused by unauthorized parts or by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Thalassic Corporation; (7) to Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Thalassic Corporation; (8) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product; or (9) if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Product.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
1) All claims under the limited warranty will require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To discuss a warranty claim and acquire an RMA number, please contact Thalassic Corporation's CustomerService: support@navinightvision.com. You will be required to furnish a sales receipt/proof of purchase to indicate date of purchase and amount paid.
2) If your warranty claim is received within the Warranty Period, Thalassic Corporation's Customer Service will conduct a remote evaluation to determine whether the failure is covered under the limited warranty
3) If Thalassic Corporation's Customer Service determines that the failure is covered underthe limited warranty, Thalassic Corporation will, at its sole discretion, to either:
● repair or replace the Product; or
● repair or replace the defective parts; or
● credit or refund the purchase price of the Product.
